- Coordinate backend engineering teams responsible for Pricing platforms that serve multiple countries, ensuring scalable, reliable and high-quality deliveries;
- Drive execution and delivery across pods (squads), ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines;
- Act as a facilitator for agile ceremonies, removing impediments and improving team flow and predictability;
- Partner closely with Product, Architecture and other engineering teams to define and evolve solutions;
- Support developers' career growth through regular feedback, performance evaluations and development plans. - Promote engineering excellence, ensuring adoption of best practices in software design, observability, and reliability;
- Hands-on with monitoring, code review, configuration tasks and deploy. - Support and guide the team on technical decisions when needed, being a strong partner for senior engineers;
