As a Social Media & Content Creation Intern at Second Form, you will be playing a crucial role in establishing the brand's digital presence. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and managing monthly content calendars in alignment with brand and campaign objectives
Developing content concepts, reel ideas, hooks, and trend-led formats that resonate with the brand's aesthetic
Shooting and creating various types of content, such as factory behind-the-scenes, product styling, and lifestyle visuals
Editing reels and short-form video content for Instagram and other platforms
Managing day-to-day Instagram activities, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with the community
Building brand positioning through consistent, story-driven content
Suggesting and implementing strategies for organic growth and audience engagement
Collaborating closely with the founder on creative direction and campaign planning
Assisting with influencer and user-generated content creator outreach as needed
Qualifications required for this role:
Based in Delhi NCR
Strong portfolio showcasing content creation and social media work, which can include personal Instagram pages, brand work, or passion projects
Proficiency in short-form video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
Sound understanding of Instagram's algorithm, trends, and content formats
Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for minimal, elevated, and intentional visual design
Ability to think both creatively and strategically about content
Strong written communication skills in English
Prior experience with a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand is advantageous but not mandatory
