Lead Project/Program Manager

As a Lead Project Manager at Nasdaq Technology, based in Mumbai, India, you will be responsible for managing complex projects for new and existing customers. Your role will involve effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders, managing project budget and risks, leading steering committees, ensuring project governance, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring timely project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Independently manage, plan, monitor, and coordinate large projects to ensure customer satisfaction. - Detail and supervise risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other project artifacts. - Lead and coordinate resources optimally with customers and colleagues. - Ensure project plan obligations are met in terms of specifications, quality, costs, timeframes, etc., within budget and schedule. - Share relevant management information and reports with customers regularly. - Chair governance meetings and ensure production and distribution of outputs and artifacts. - Close projects according to required procedures, including post-implementation reviews. - Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously, meeting or exceeding standards. **Qualifications Required:**
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager. - Proficiency in PMI and Agile methodologies, with CSM and PMP certifications required. - Experience with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence preferred. - Ability to develop, analyze, and supervise financial business cases. - Strong presentation skills and ability to positively influence stakeholders and team members. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Understanding of capital markets and financial technology. - Willingness and ability to travel as needed. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent project delivery success.
