As a Certified Enterprise Architect with over 12 years of experience in IT/OT environments, your role will be crucial in driving enterprise-wide architecture strategy and digital transformation initiatives. You will lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF across large-scale organizations. Aligning IT and OT strategies with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation will be a key responsibility. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining enterprise architecture artifacts, driving IT/OT convergence initiatives, defining and executing architecture roadmaps, collaborating with stakeholders, and establishing architectural standards and best practices. Certified Enterprise Architect (TOGAF or equivalent certification is mandatory)
12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with strong exposure to IT/OT environments
Proven experience in managing and implementing EA frameworks for large enterprises across multiple geographies (minimum 3 to 4 implementations)
Strong expertise in enterprise architecture domains including applications, data, infrastructure, and security
Hands-on experience with IT/OT integration technologies such as SCADA, IoT, and industrial automation
Strong understanding of architecture governance, frameworks, and best practices
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills In addition to the above, you will be preferred if you have experience in digital transformation programs within manufacturing, energy, or industrial domains, exposure to cloud platforms, cybersecurity frameworks, and modern data architectures, and the ability to operate in complex, global, and matrixed environments. Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust architectural solutions
Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance models, and best practices across systems and projects
Provide strategic oversight for large-scale transformation programs, ensuring alignment across business processes, data flows, and technology platforms
