As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and roll out services of new desktops and laptops. Your role will involve diagnosing and isolating hardware faults on desktops and laptops, as well as providing support for operating systems including repair, re-installation, or fresh installations. Additionally, you will be expected to provide software support for Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Clients (Outlook), Internet Explorer, Chrome, and other Business Critical Applications. Configuring and troubleshooting network connectivity for desktops, laptops, and network printers
Installing, re-installing, and configuring peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc. - Troubleshooting and resolving first-level printer problems such as paper jams, alignment issues, configuration settings, driver-related problems, font-related problems, etc. - Coordinating with vendors for L2/L3 support and spares support
