As an Alliance Manager, your role involves driving strategic alliances across the zone with banks (Banca), NBFCs, MFIs, brokers, and corporate agents. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners through consultative B2B engagement. Collaborate with product and operations teams to tailor offerings for partners, provide market intelligence, and competition mapping to influence product strategy. Furthermore, you will lead and mentor a team of alliance managers and business development executives. Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal controls at all times to maintain the integrity of the partnerships and operations. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in strategic alliance management within the insurance or financial services industry
Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively
