Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare sustainable Business Plans Develop Growth Strategies Assess market opportunities Define Go-To-Market strategies Design operating models and organization Commercial due diligences Your unique strengths Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Energy or Management Engineering Bachelor's and Master's Degree respectively above 105/110 and 108/110 1 to 4 years of previous work experiences in consulting firm or international corporate companies Strong sector expertise is a "nice to have" MBA is a plus Proficient in Italian and English at a business level (minimum C1); Strong commitment to work in consulting, with a can-do attitude, an ability to deliver excellence and stand out among your peers Team player and self-starter with excellent communication skills, an attitude to independent reasoning and attention to details If you have these characteristics, Strategy& is the right place for you.
