As a Manager in Corporate Sales, your role involves identifying and prospecting potential clients through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research. You will be responsible for selling online recruitment solutions to corporate consultant clients by assessing their business requirements. Your main focus will be on achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Develop a database of qualified leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels. - Conduct area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, finalizing commercials, and closing deals with the necessary documentation. - Prospect relentlessly to build a strong pipeline and establish personal relationships with prospects. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors. - Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the management. Qualifications Required:
B2B sales experience is preferred. - Experience in field sales or corporate sales would be beneficial. - 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
