Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - AEM

As a Senior Quality Analyst with 5+ years of experience, you will be responsible for owning and driving quality assurance for enterprise-level digital platforms powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) at the client location in Delhi. Your role will involve validating content against business requirements, performing end-to-end testing of complex pages, components, and user journeys, testing advanced AEM workflows, and ensuring compliance with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and brand standards. Additionally, you will guide junior QA team members, review defects, and coordinate resolution with content teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Own functional QA validation for AEM-based content platforms
- Validate content against business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Perform end-to-end testing of complex pages, components, and user journeys
- Test advanced AEM workflows including approvals, scheduling, and publishing
- Validate content migrations, bulk updates, and regression scenarios
- Ensure SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and brand compliance standards are met
- Review and prioritize defects, and coordinate resolution with content teams
- Guide and review work performed by QA Junior team members
- Prepare and maintain QA test scenarios, checklists, and documentation
- Participate in release planning and provide QA sign-off readiness
- Coordinate with Content Leads, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders
