As a Lead Healthcare Affairs & Patient Engagement at the leading global healthcare organization, your role involves driving the Market Access (MA) and Healthcare Affairs (HCA) strategy for the OPU in alignment with global and IMETA priorities. You will report directly to the Head of Market Access and lead the development and execution of therapeutic area strategies to maximize growth, accelerate access, and shape healthcare policy. This individual contributor role based in Mumbai offers high cross-functional visibility. - Develop and lead Market Access and HCA TA strategies for the OPU, including pricing, reimbursement, and enlisting plans aligned with IMETA and local priorities. - Serve as the primary point of contact for Market Access topics within assigned therapeutic areas, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical, and Commercial Operations. - Guide and review MA plans for the OPU, including resource allocation, budget, and content, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Design and implement healthcare affairs and market access strategies to proactively identify opportunities and shape the market through payer surveys, advisory boards, and research. - Ensure launch readiness by preparing payers and budget owners to enhance patient access for new products and indications. - Develop and execute strategies to mitigate the impact of Loss of Exclusivity (LOE), including communication plans, pricing scenarios, and second-brand strategies. - Lead OPU projects to accelerate access and reimbursement, ensuring successful execution and sharing best practices across the region. - Analyze healthcare trends and policies to identify access challenges and design initiatives that strengthen partnerships with health authorities. - Prepare and adapt the therapeutic area value proposition, collaborating with brand teams to localize materials and ensure compliance with approval processes. - Ensure readiness of value dossiers and materials to support formulary inclusion and payer engagement. Experience:
810 years in Market Access or Healthcare Policy. Soft Skills:
