As a Risk Analyst at Morgan Stanley, you will be part of the Morgan Stanley Electronic Trading (MSET) team, a global leader in equity and derivatives electronic trading. Your role will be based in Mumbai, collaborating primarily with the MSET teams in the US. You will need to be a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active, and self-motivated individual who can assist the team in maintaining, tracking, and analyzing client exposure and risk limits. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
BMS/B Tech with 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role; MBA would be advantageous
Exposure/knowledge of different equity and equity derivatives products is desirable
Experience working in a team or managing individuals in a team
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, including macros; experience with tools like Power BI and SAP is mandatory
Strong communication skills including presentation and written skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Business Objects (BOXI) database for running queries and pulling information

Manage and maintain MSET risk limits
Review limits across different cash and derivative products
Develop and maintain risk exception reports
Monitor intraday limit changes and flag exceptions to MSET Coverages
Drive key risk projects independently for the US region along with stakeholders
Monitor risk limit policy adherence
Coordinate periodic reviews of lower value clients and manage off-boarding when necessary
Create Monthly Risk decks ahead of the Risk Limit Review meeting
