As a Data Analyst supporting Data Labeling and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operations, you will play a critical role in how we understand, measure, and improve labeling performance at scale. You will partner closely with Operations, ML, and Enablement to translate complex workflows into clear metrics, insights, and decision-support tools. This role is ideal for an analyst who enjoys working close to real operations, is comfortable with ambiguity, and wants to move beyond reporting into shaping how teams reason about quality, efficiency, and effort. ## What You’ll Own & Drive
Operational visibility: Build and maintain dashboards that track labeling throughput, SLA adherence, backlog health, reviewer performance, and QA outcomes. - Metric definition and refinement: Help define, validate, and iterate on metrics that measure labeling quality, accuracy, efficiency, and cost, ensuring they reflect real operational behavior. - : Act as the analytics partner for Ops, ML, and Product, supporting questions related to model performance, labeling impact, and delivery commitments. - : Analyze task complexity, labeling speed, and reviewer dynamics across workflows to inform planning and prioritization. - : Contribute to reliable data pipelines by integrating data from SQL sources (Redshift/Postgres), annotation tools, QA audits, and operational feedback. - : Provide clear, actionable insights that help teams move from intuition to evidence-based decisions. ##
Strong analytical judgment: You know how to interpret metrics in context and recognize when numbers are misleading. - Structured problem-solving: You can break down ambiguous problems and move from high-level signals to root causes. - Builder mentality: You enjoy improving existing systems and helping formalize processes that were previously informal. - Cross-functional communication: You can explain insights clearly to technical and non-technical partners. - Ownership and reliability: You take responsibility for your work and follow through with rigor and transparency. ## Your Background
5–7 years of experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or operations analyst, ideally in tech, fintech, or operations-heavy environments. - Strong SQL skills (Redshift preferred), including joining large datasets and writing maintainable queries. - Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Tableau. - Working knowledge of Python. - Exposure to operational metrics, QA processes, or labeling/annotation systems is a plus. - Experience taking analytics work from question to insight to action. - Comfortable working with incomplete data and evolving requirements. ## Why Incode?
