As a Business Development Manager at TechBulls, you will play a crucial role in expanding business in the US IT market. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies, maintaining CRM, identifying high-value prospects, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into active clients. You will drive outbound outreach through various channels, build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and lead proposal creation and contract negotiations. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution, track KPIs and revenue metrics, and present growth reports to the leadership. Qualifications Required:
8+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development or Sales in IT services. - Mandatory experience working with the US market. - Strong experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions. - Experience managing large accounts or enterprise-level clients. - Comfortable working night shift (US hours).
