On your day-to-day, your responsibilities will be:
Clearly define and develop a comprehensive strategy for Fever's marketplace
Collaborate with the different business leaders to identify gaps and areas of improvement, establish KPIs, and implement initiatives to optimize performance
Evaluate current strategies and identify areas to drive growth and improve key business metrics
Develop a project management approach to ensure successful implementation of solutions, prioritizing projects based on their potential impact on business goals and objectives
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across multiple countries and time zones. - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Demonstrate strong accountability and ownership to meet business goals and objectives
Engage with external stakeholders to explore opportunities for business expansion
Who You Are:
You have a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) bachelor's degree
+5 years of experience in a process optimization and/or analytics role. +1 year of people management experience (as manager, PM, etc)
Full professional proficiency in Spanish required
Strong analytical and quantitative skills as well as a strong bias towards data-based decisions
Well-structured and assertive at communicating with upper and lower stakeholders
Able to overview processes, identify errors, propose and implement improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher degree (Master's, PhD) in a relevant field. - Digital marketing background, with experience in social paid platforms.
