As the Senior Enablement Strategy & Operations Manager at Vanta, you will be the strategic partner and operational engine behind our rapidly scaling Global Revenue Enablement org. This role combines elements of a chief of staff with deep operational leadership — you’ll design and execute the quarterly planning cadence, build the operating rhythm that drives team execution, and establish the measurement framework that demonstrates enablement’s business impact. The Revenue Enablement team at Vanta is responsible for ramping, developing, and continuously upskilling our global go-to-market organization. As we scale from hundreds to thousands of GTM team members, enablement must become increasingly strategic, data-driven, and systematically excellent. You will partner across the Enablement leadership team to transform how the team operates — moving from reactive execution to strategic planning, from anecdotal impact to data-driven measurement, and from ad-hoc rhythms to scalable operating systems. Your work will ensure enablement delivers measurable business outcomes, operates with clarity and velocity, and earns its seat at the strategic table.
How to be successful in this role:
8+ years of experience in enablement operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related strategic program management role in a high-growth SaaS environment
Proven track record designing and executing quarterly planning processes, operating rhythms, and strategic roadmaps for GTM or enablement teams
Deep expertise in measurement and analytics — you know how to define the right KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and translate data into actionable insights
Experience acting as a chief of staff or strategic partner to senior leaders, managing complex projects and driving cross-functional alignment
Strong systems thinking and process design skills, with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing enablement platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, analytics tools)
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills — you can influence senior leaders, build trust across functions, and drive alignment without formal authority
Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change; you thrive in environments where you need to build the plane while flying it
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution
