As Marqeta’s Director, Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force, as well as driving reporting and insights for the GTM sales organization. In this role, you will partner with Sales executive leadership to turn data into actionable insights and lead internal sales processes and operational activities to maximise sales productivity. You will cover core areas, including reporting on sales performance and trends, working cross-functionally on initiatives to increase sales efficiency, and driving annual strategic planning. Additionally, you will have strong project management skills as you land key objectives for the company. We work Flexible First. To support Flex First, we calibrate pay to a competitive value according to working location. Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:
National: A baseline tier that applies to most of the geographic territory of the United States. - Premium: Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA
Premium Plus: A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City. When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position is:
National: $187,000 - $233,800
Premium: $202,400 - $253,000
Premium Plus: $220,000 - $275,000
