As the VAS Planning and Execution Manager, your role involves overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of value-added products and services. Your primary responsibility is to strategically plan and execute promotional sets, limited editions, personalized packaging, and Testers/Samples to enhance the consumer experience and drive brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Division Supply Chain, Product Development, and Marketing teams to define the VAS roadmap, including holiday bundles, influencer kits, and liquidation SKUs. - Analyze historical data and sales forecasts to determine capacities, labor needs, and component requirements. - Supervise daily operations of VAS activities, ensuring production schedules align with product launch dates. - Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) or internal production teams to ensure execution excellence. - Oversee the sourcing and inventory management of non-saleable components and ensure BOM accuracy for every VAS project. - Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards for finished sets and ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability guidelines. - Manage the VAS budget, track costs, identify cost optimization opportunities, and analyze ROI of VAS activities. - Drive digital transformation, stay updated on industry trends, and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement. Education & Experience:
Master's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. - 7-9 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or production management, preferably in cosmetics, luxury, or FMCG sectors. - Proven experience in planning and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). - Strong project management skills using tools like MS Project, Trello, or Asana. - Advanced Excel skills for data interpretation and decision-making. - Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and assembly line mechanics. Soft Skills:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetic quality. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams or external vendors.
