Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live. - Configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Education Cloud, etc.) to meet specific business needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to deliver high-quality solutions. - Support testing, training, and user adoption to ensure successful implementation. Qualifications Required:
25 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or CRM implementation. - Preferably, experience in digital transformation or enterprise SaaS projects. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud/ Education Cloud, etc.). - Knowledge of Salesforce Platform-level Configurations. - Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data migration. - Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills. - Ability to translate business problems into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management. - Salesforce certifications (Admin / Consultant). - Exposure to industries like Edtech and CRM. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
