As an IT Business Systems Analyst at Zendesk, your role will involve enhancing the integration of finance operations and technology, with a strong focus on Netsuite Core finance, R2R, and S2P processes. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing value streams, gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, participating in agile practices, leveraging AI tools for enhancement, conducting user acceptance testing, and supporting change management initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and Optimize Value Streams: Identify opportunities for improvement and align technology solutions with business objectives

• Acts as the functional lead and central point of contact on assigned projects and enhancements

• Gather and Document Requirements: Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable specifications

• Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure clear communication and alignment between finance teams and technical resources
