As an IT Business Systems Analyst at Zendesk, your role will involve enhancing the integration of finance operations and technology, with a strong focus on Netsuite Core finance, R2R, and S2P processes. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably with a focus on finance value streams and SaaS applications
Strong familiarity with ERP solutions and transformations, including Netsuite Core financials, R2R, and S2P processes
Practical experience in applying agile practices and frameworks
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements
Proficiency in Jira or similar project management software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of confidently presenting work in sprint reviews
Collaborative and team-oriented attitude

Acts as the functional lead and central point of contact on assigned projects and enhancements
