As a Lead to Cash Global Process Owner, you play a pivotal role in shaping how Arxada delivers a seamless, customer‑centric experience across the entire customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of GBS, you act as the bridge between business strategy and system execution—owning global process design, driving adoption, and ensuring our CRM platform and surrounding digital ecosystem enable business success. This is a highly visible, enterprise‑wide role where you collaborate closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain and IT leaders. You will standardize and optimize end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash processes globally while enabling controlled regional flexibility. Essential Job Functions Own the global end‑to‑end Lead‑to‑Cash process landscape, including Lead‑to‑Opportunity, Opportunity‑to‑Order, Price & Quote Management, Customer Service and Post‑Sales activities Define and govern global standards, policies and KPIs, while enabling controlled regional variations Design customer experience strategy into scalable, efficient and customer‑focused processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies and automation opportunities Partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to define business requirements and shape CRM, CPQ and ERP roadmaps, supporting solution design, testing and deployment Drive change management and user adoption through effective governance, training concepts and clear communication Define, track and leverage global performance metrics to guide continuous improvement and data‑driven decision‑making Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; master's degree preferred 10+ years of experience in CRM, commercial operations or business process management in a global environment, ideally within a global operating chemical company Proven experience owning or leading end‑to‑end processes across Sales, Pricing, Customer Service and/or Finance Strong understanding of CRM and CPQ platforms and commercial process flows, including lead management, opportunity management, pricing approvals and case management Experience within the chemical, life sciences or process‑driven manufacturing industry is a strong advantage, particularly in navigating regulated environments, complex product portfolios and global operating models Demonstrated success in global process standardization, change leadership and stakeholder management across multicultural, cross‑functional teams Data‑driven mindset with strong communication, facilitation and project management capabilities Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas: Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.
