Key Responsibilities:
Execute and coordinate comprehensive marketing plans to enable priority initiatives within the Global Audit program. - Create and manage production of marketing and communications materials for internal and external audiences. - Collaborate with Region teams to ensure alignment with overall brand messaging and strategic objectives. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications. - Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support marketing efforts. Qualification Required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public relations, marketing, event management, or related field preferred. - 12-15 years of total B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries. - 10 years of experience in end-to-end campaign/event management across multiple channels. - Strong understanding of the audit industry and its key drivers. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in digital marketing, project management, and marketing analytics. - Leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively in a global matrixed environment.
