As a Senior Analyst/Associate in the Transaction Execution team, your role will involve preparing financial models, pitch books, and investment memorandums for each deal. You will lead the financial analysis process, including trading/transaction comparables and financial benchmarking. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the quality and accuracy of these financial models. Client coordination will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be required to gather all necessary information and documents from clients based on investor requirements. Your experience in client relationship management will be valuable in effectively communicating with clients and obtaining the required information in a timely manner. In addition to client coordination, you will also be involved in banker/investor coordination, ensuring that all relevant documents and information are provided on time and of the required quality. Your role will include coordinating meetings and facilitating the due diligence and information process with various teams such as Big4, Legal, Valuation, and Investors team. Quality and timelines management will be another critical aspect of your role. You will be responsible for reviewing and verifying documents prepared by analysts to maintain the quality of outgoing documents. Ensuring that project timelines are met will be essential in meeting client expectations. Team supervision will also be part of your responsibilities. You will guide team members in pitch book and investment memorandum preparation, as well as resolving any queries that may arise during the document preparation process. Supporting the business development team/leaders by providing research papers, industry information, and other support will be expected from you. Your experience in investment banking analyst roles, with a focus on preparing financial models independently, client coordination, and knowledge of investment banking products such as Corporate Finance and Private Equity, will be vital for success in this role. Qualifications Required:
4 to 8 years of overall experience
At least 3 years of experience in Investment banking analyst/senior analyst role
Experience in preparing financial models independently
Experience in client coordination
Good knowledge of investment banking products including Corporate Finance and Private Equity
