Job Description Fugro Malaysia Marine is seeking an experienced Receptionist and Admin Support to join our dynamic team in our Kuala Lumpur City Centre office. This full-time role will play a key part in the overall company operations and strategy of our growing organisation. Responsibilities include: Greet, welcome and assist visitors and guests at the main reception, both in person and over the telephone; Maintain all aspects of office stationery supplies and coordinate couriers, both local and international; Arrange various office meetings/events, ensure smooth and on-time delivery, and refill kitchen consumables, keep kitchens tidy and maintain meeting rooms; Conduct inductions for visitors, manage building access passes and liaise with building management; Assist with various ad-hoc admin tasks and document format for other Fugro departments when requested. Assist to manage office facilities when requested. What we're looking for 1–2 years in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles is commonly preferred ; Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel; SPM/STPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related fields ; Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking capabilities, professional appearance, and ability to work independently .
