Salesforce Project Manager

Ability to manage multiple projects/programs and mentor Project Managers Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving programs of strategic importance from the Program Management Office (PMO). Your role will involve planning, estimating, budgeting, and controlling costs to ensure project completion within the approved budget. Additionally, you will conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate the needs of different programs, make recommendations with business justification, and forefront the programs upon approval. Understanding Agile-certified Scrum processes, coordinating Business & IT, and exhibiting successful Scrum Master traits are key aspects of this role. You will also be required to build project timelines, identify stakeholders, and provide strategic leadership in project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Drive programs of strategic importance from the Program Management Office (PMO)

Plan, estimate, budget, and control costs to ensure project completion within the approved budget

Conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate program needs, make recommendations, and forefront approved programs

Understand Agile-certified Scrum processes and coordinate Business & IT

Build project timelines, report progress, and identify project stakeholders

Provide strategic leadership in project delivery and oversee DevOps implementation

Strategize and execute significant programs, services, and initiatives
