As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with insurance providers to negotiate the best terms for clients, including Corporates and Individuals. Your responsibilities will include:
Opening two new corporates each month for the Employee Benefits Initiative in collaboration with the Strategic Alliance Team. - Providing comprehensive consultations to understand client needs and objectives, offering tailored Employee benefits insurance solutions that align with their business strategies. - Offering expert advisory services to corporate clients, assisting them in understanding their group health insurance options and enabling them to make well-informed decisions. - Providing comprehensive support during the claims process, ensuring both individual and corporate clients navigate their claims with ease and efficiency. - Facilitating the process of life insurance policy surrenders, ensuring a smooth transition for clients wishing to terminate their policies. - Delivering outstanding service, building and maintaining trustful and reliable relationships with clients through consistent and high-quality interactions. - Keeping abreast of the latest market trends and insurance products to offer up-to-date advice and solutions. - Preparing reports and analytics to track the effectiveness of Employee benefit programs and identify areas for improvement. In addition to these responsibilities, exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills are a must. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is critical. You should be able to analyze insurance policies and market trends effectively and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Skills Required:
