Seasonal Graphics Fabricator

Seasonal Employment Needed SUMMARY: The Logo Graphics Fabricator is responsible for assembling and fabricating custom logos for artificial turf fields by following detailed diagrams and production instructions. This role involves positioning and gluing turf pieces together with precision, similar to assembling a large puzzle, while ensuring all work meets FieldTurf quality standards. The position requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Follow work instructions and production procedures to complete logo fabrication projects Assemble and glue pre-cut turf pieces according to design layouts and shipping schedules Ensure completed logos meet company quality standards Assist with packaging and preparation for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time Support other production team activities as needed Physical Requirements & Schedule Ability to work on hands and knees for approximately 50% of the shift and stand/walk for the remaining 50% Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds Must be comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment First shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Must be available to work up to 60 hours per week based on business needs What We Offer Hybrid work option* Benefits that go beyond the basics Matching contribution retirement savings plan Learning & development program EAP program + family Generous holiday schedule available *If applicable Responsible Manufacturing – Protecting Our Planet for the Future EcoVadis Platinum Medal - recognizing top 1% global performance in sustainability excellence.
