As a National Key Account Manager (NKAM) HoReCa & Institutions Business, you will be responsible for managing strategic national accounts in the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs (HoReCa) and institutional segments such as corporate offices, hospitals, airlines, education institutions, and catering companies. Your role will involve developing long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and ensuring excellent service delivery across key clients nationwide. *Key Responsibilities*
Manage and grow relationships with national HoReCa chains, institutional buyers, and large foodservice operators. - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts across India. - Develop joint business plans with key clients to achieve mutual growth. - Identify and onboard new national HoReCa chains and institutional clients. - Expand product penetration within existing accounts. - Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contract terms. - Deliver annual sales targets and profitability for national accounts. - Drive volume growth through menu placements, product listings, and supply agreements. - Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions. - Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and regional sales teams to ensure seamless execution. - Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives with clients. - Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the HoReCa and institutional segments. - Provide strategic inputs to leadership for channel growth. - Lead negotiations for national contracts and rate agreements. - Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial terms. - Ensure high service levels, timely delivery, and issue resolution. - Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts. *Qualifications Required*
12+ years of experience in B2B sales / foodservice / HoReCa Channel
Experience managing National Accounts or Large Institutional Clients
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
