The Role

As a Product Analyst at Air Apps, you will analyze both internal and external products to identify potential new functionalities, uncover bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights to enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret product performance, optimize features, and support strategic decision-making through actionable recommendations. - This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement. - Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions. - Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights. - Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve user engagement. - Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions. - Identify and address bottlenecks in user flows and product performance. # Requirements

• Around 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. - Strong analytical skills with experience in for data analysis. - Proficiency with (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude). - Understanding of and statistical analysis. - Experience with (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). - Strong communication skills to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. #
