As a Sales and Client Relationship Manager, your role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with internal clients, specifically the consultant team. You will be responsible for managing active clients, monitoring the level of services provided, and supporting the implementation of IT projects. Additionally, you will support the recruitment of new consultants, onboard candidates, and engage in long-term planning and relationship building with clients. Acquiring new clients, developing existing ones, and achieving set sales goals within the team are also key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
12+ years of professional experience, preferably in the IT industry, with a minimum of 6 years in sales and client management
Professional experience in outsourcing IT services for software development and maintenance projects across domains
Understanding of the client-supplier relationship in the outsourcing of IT consultants and Staff Augmentation model
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Teams
High interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive professional relationships
Independence, patience, and precision in action
Highly developed sales and negotiation skills
Focus on high quality of offered services
Openness to business trips
