As a Product Manager in the RUCKUS wireless team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and supporting wireless access point solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with customers to deliver high-performance wireless products that meet market needs. - Support the development and execution of Wi-Fi product strategies aligned with business goals and market trends. - Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and understand customer requirements. - Build relationships with customers and partners to gather feedback and translate insights into actionable product requirements. - Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to help execute the product roadmap efficiently. - Participate in the product development process, including feature prioritization, defining product specifications, and supporting project execution. - Assist in planning and executing product launches, developing marketing and sales materials, and supporting go-to-market strategies. - Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to recommend optimizations and enhancements. - Support pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and budget management for the WAP product line. - Communicate product roadmap, project status, and key performance indicators to internal stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA a plus). - 3+ years in Product Management, preferably in networking or technology-related fields. - Understanding of wireless networking technologies and trends. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment. - Experience working with cross-functional teams. - Customer-focused with attention to user experience and product quality. Highly Desired Skills:
Experience with Wi-Fi-specific networking products. - Previous experience supporting enterprise-grade product development. - Strong technical understanding of campus networks and LAN technologies including switching and routing protocols.
