Product Control Stream

As a Product Control Specialist at Kiya.ai, you will play a vital role in the finance team by ensuring accurate and insightful daily P&L analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing daily Economic, Step Reval, and Risk Based PNL to each desk and the Bank's management. - Verifying that the PNL is calculated from reference positions and ensuring their accuracy. - Identifying and escalating any unusual P&L to the desk and management for further investigation. - Running necessary controls on key PNL elements and documenting exceptional PNL moves and adjustments. - Validating official Economical P&L figures and investigating any discrepancies with the Front Office Predict. - Reviewing P&L Explain thoroughly and making corrections as needed. - Challenging and enhancing existing processes when possible. - Submitting the P&L for Traders' sign-off and reporting, commenting, and validating the P&Ls in the Official Reporting tool. - Maintaining high levels of ethics and professionalism within the team and escalating issues to management promptly. - Participating in global and local projects for Middle Office or P&L process improvements. - Contributing to team productivity enhancements by proposing initiatives.
