You will be joining a Fintech Company based in Pune, specializing in a B2B Trade Digitization platform for SMEs and Corporates to collaborate with Financial Institutions. As a Senior UI Developer with over 6 years of hands-on technical experience, you will play a crucial role in building, enhancing, maintaining, deploying, and operating our systems. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product, customer support, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth functioning of our systems. - Automate operational processes to improve efficiencies and enhance customer experience. - Refactor system architecture and design in coordination with the architect to adapt to changing technology and business requirements. - Assist in building and maintaining deployment, monitoring, and operations tools with the DevOps team. - Ensure development processes adhere to certifications such as PCI and ISO 27001. Qualifications Required:
Hands-on experience in ReactJS and Redux, with additional experience in TypeScript being beneficial. - Passion for technology and willingness to delve deep into programming. - Expertise in writing testable code and maintaining high coding standards. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with product teams and customers. - Good team player with experience in collaborative environments. - Previous experience in the financial domain is advantageous but not mandatory.
