- BPO Executive (Voice Process)
- Tele Sales Executive
- Data Entry Operator
- Front Desk / Receptionist
- Customer Support Executive (Non-Voice)
ROLE-WISE DETAILS
[1] BPO EXECUTIVE - VOICE PROCESS
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries politely and efficiently
- Maintain call logs and follow up as needed
[2] TELE SALES EXECUTIVE
- Call potential customers and promote products/services
- Explain offers clearly and convert leads to sales
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets
[3] DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
- Enter and update data accurately in systems/spreadsheets
- Verify and cross-check data for errors
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
[4] FRONT DESK / RECEPTIONIST
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors professionally
- Handle calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Manage basic admin and office coordination tasks
[5] CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (NON-VOICE)
- Handle customer queries via chat and email
- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- 12th Pass, Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year experience
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Typing)
- Good communication skills (Hindi / English / Telugu)
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (if required)
- Immediate joiners preferred
