Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all plant operations including production, planning, quality, procurement, logistics, and supply chain

• Drive achievement of targets across cost, quality, delivery, safety, and compliance

• Ensure adherence to EHS, regulatory, and corporate governance standards

• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and scalability

• Champion Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital investment planning

• Collaborate with global teams to align plant performance with business strategy

• Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, capability building, and succession planning

• Ensure robust systems, processes, and access governance across operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Production Engineering, Operations, or related discipline

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with leadership roles in electronics assembly or EMS

• Strong expertise in PCBA and high-precision electronics manufacturing

• Proven experience managing medium-scale plants with serial production and global exposure

• Deep understanding of production planning, supply chain, and operational excellence

• Experience in MNC environments with exposure to international best practices
