Strong hands-on experience in routing and switching technologies
Experience with Cisco networking products and managed services environments
CCNA certification with practical troubleshooting experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in enterprise network troubleshooting within customer support environments
Strong understanding of incident management and NOC operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven leadership experience in managing network operations teams
