We are looking for Specialist ( Business development/ Client acquisition ) to acquire client for Domestic hiring to cater to PAN india clients across industries i.e Manufacturing, Retail Healthcare , FNCG, Consumer durables, BFSI, Oil n gas, Power, Telecon, IT, Software, Engineering , Ad-agencies, Fintech companies etc
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive aggressive new client acquisition across IT & Non-IT staffing, including Manufacturing, Retail Healthcare , FNCG, Consumer durables, BFSI, Oil n gas, Power, Telecon, IT, Software, Engineering , Ad-agencies, Fintech companies etc
-Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
-Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and billing targets
-Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, field sales, networking, and referrals
-Close retainers, RPOs, and volume hiring mandates
-Work closely with delivery teams to ensure quick turnaround and high client satisfaction
-Manage and service clients from nascent on-boarding stages to fully evolved, mature accounts
-Demonstrate a strong client servicing and relationship management mindset
-Negotiate commercials, payment terms, and contracts
-Track pipeline, conversions, and closures through CRM and MIS
Key Skills:
-Proven hunter profile with strong mandate closure experience in recruitment sales
-Deep understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes
-Ability to perform under pressure and deliver against aggressive targets
-Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and stakeholder management skills
-Excellent communication and presentation abilities
