Required Qualifications:
Graduate degree (Masters or Doctorate) in counseling, psychology, or social work. - Clinical background in mental health (e.g., psychotherapy, telemedicine, digital mental health, or related care settings)
Experience in digital mental health with a strong understanding of the mental health technology landscape and available solutions. - Familiarity with AI capabilities and their applications across the mental health care journey. - Experience with data science applications in healthcare settings. - Ability to work with data (e.g., analyzing datasets, identifying patterns, and drawing conclusions) to support strategy and decision-making. - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate clinical expertise and strategy using data-driven methods into clear operational and product guidance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort operating in fast-paced, data-driven environments. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for advancing mental health care through safe and innovative technologies.
Specialized degrees, certifications, or training in AI. - Understanding of international clinical models and measures
Background in data analytics or research. - Ability to rapidly learn new technologies and processes with minimal direction. ## Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $130,000- $170,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.
