SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Manage and oversee all maintenance activities related to the electrical power supply and automation systems within the Powder area, including mixers, extruders, and milling machines. This position is based in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone permanently and requires working in 3 rotating shifts (weekly rotation) as per operational requirements. Detailed responsibilities include: Responsibilities: Work in rotating shifts to ensure continuous maintenance support for production operations. Plan and ensure the timely completion of all Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks within the assigned scope. Manage and complete all maintenance activities using the IFS system (Maintenance Management System). Ensure the availability of all critical spare parts within the defined scope, maintaining appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels. Troubleshoot, control, and resolve all issues related to electrical and automation systems within the assigned area. Conduct breakdown analysis to identify root causes of equipment failures and develop as well as follow up on corrective action plans until full resolution is achieved. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER Qualifications: Associate Degree/ College Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or industrial environments and having working experience in a foreign-invested company is preferred. Solid knowledge of PLC, inverters, servo motors, explosion-proof equipment, ISO standards, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and 5S practices.
