As a Senior Executive - Inside Sales at ElasticRun, you will be part of a team dedicated to driving innovation and making a positive impact in the logistics, supply chain, and technology solutions sector. Your role will involve lead generation, outreach, and qualification to support business growth. Identify potential customers within the logistics and supply chain industry using market research, databases, and digital tools. - Conduct sales outreach activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement to connect with potential clients. - Schedule follow-up meetings, product demos, and introductory calls for the Inside Sales Lead and the Field Sales Team. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot for timely follow-ups. - Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Lead, marketing teams, and field sales to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and support ongoing sales campaigns. - Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, call outcomes, and pipeline status to the Inside Sales Lead. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation, preferably in B2B, logistics, supply chain, or SaaS technology solutions. - Experience in managing inside sales across various countries such as South East Asia, Middle East, and Africa. - Proficiency in working with CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
