4+ years of experience in product management, implementation management, solutions engineering, or enterprise onboarding within fintech or mortgage technology. - Strong knowledge of mortgage origination workflows and lender operations. - Hands-on experience with LOS/POS platforms such as Encompass, nCino, Blue Sage, Byte, or similar systems. - Experience managing API-based integrations and technical implementation projects. - Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and operational execution capabilities. ## Preferred
Experience working with verification providers, borrower data platforms, or embedded fintech products. - Familiarity with mortgage compliance and GSE requirements. - Experience improving onboarding scalability through automation and process optimization. - Technical familiarity with APIs, SSO, webhooks, and integration architectures. - Experience working with enterprise lenders and strategic partners. ## Success Metrics
Net Dollar Retention (NDR) in partnership with Customer Success. - SLA adherence for customer go-live timelines. - Reduction in implementation and onboarding time. - Increased adoption and usage of integrations and embedded workflows. - Improved customer satisfaction and implementation quality. - Reduced implementation-related escalations and operational overhead.
