Our providers engage with patients early and our care navigators guide patients through the entire maternal episode of care, offering 24x7 support via our secure virtual platform. **Position Overview:**An IT Administrator at our healthcare startup ensures secure, reliable, and compliant IT systems that support clinical, operational, and engineering teams. This role is hands-on and critical to day-to-day operations, with responsibility for user support, systems administration, and security best-practice maintenance in a regulated environment. What You’ll Do
- Manage employee devices, accounts, and access (laptops, mobile devices, SaaS tools)
- Administer identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access)
- Support onboarding and offboarding while maintaining security and compliance
- Maintain and troubleshoot networks, endpoints, and cloud-based systems
- Monitor system health, patching, and updates
- Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues quickly
- Assist with HIPAA, SOC 2, and security audits
- Document IT processes, policies, and procedures
