Drive process improvement, standardization, digitization, and automation to enhance efficiency and customer experience
**Qualifications Required:**
Experienced in SuccessFactors, particularly Organisation Management and Employee Central modules
Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across geographies
Skilled in delivering services within defined SLAs and quality standards
Familiar with shared services environments and global HR operations
Demonstrates people leadership capability with a focus on collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement
