As a Data Management Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., you will play a crucial role in driving business value through better quality data. Your primary responsibility will be to support the evolution of the central Data Quality Issue Management approach and assist in executing Chief Data Office's initiatives. Your tasks will include daily advisory support for stakeholders, development of Data Quality metrics, and enhancement of processes and tooling to meet firmwide requirements. Some of your key roles and responsibilities will be:
Perform Data quality Triage and Exception management for all data quality issues across Firmwide
Contribute to the development and execution of the Firmwide Data Quality strategy
Implement and support Data Quality (DQ) practices across the Firmwide and influence design of associated processes
Support the implementation of a revised Data Quality Issue Management approach, including tooling, metrics, process documentation, and supporting materials
Complete ad-hoc data analysis to inform Data Quality process enhancements
Coordinate with technology stakeholders for tooling updates
Build effective relationships with Data Quality champions across LOBs
Perform project management and business analysis on data-related projects
Conduct regression, UAT, and QA testing for product implementation
Provide quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting of data quality issues
Prepare executive presentations and updates on data management
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree required; Business analysis / Data management / Project management experience helpful
2-5 years of finance, reporting, or data quality experience
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple streams of work
Attention to detail and investigative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications
Understanding of relational databases, SQL, and BI tools
Experience with tools such as Qlikview, Alteryx, Tableau is a plus
