Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and other engineers to deliver on our product roadmap, turning rough specs into features that we can leverage to automate processes. - Find elegant solutions to usability problems. - Ramp on new web technologies that will make Front better.
Product-minded: committed to building the best user experience. - Experience working on complex software systems. - Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones, e.g. Node.js ES6, TypeScript, React. - Understand the trade-offs between different engineering solutions when solving a problem, value pragmatism over idealism. - Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment. - Full professional English proficiency. Front operates on a hybrid model — we come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.
