In-depth knowledge of AEC (Q100, Q006, etc.) and JEDEC standards and the philosophy of reliability stress methods and statistical tools. Responsible for AMPI Reliability Laboratory Operations Excellence, such as but not limited to the following: To ensure performance of Reliability Qualifications related activities utilizing reliability test methods in accordance and compliance with Allegro Reliability Operations Procedures and internationally acceptable Industry Standards (AEC, JEDEC). To ensure compliance with Quality Management System & Environmental Health and Safety Management System Technical Supports to Reliability Engineering team. Utilize knowledge of current standards, guidelines, and specifications to help facilitate in the resolution of technical challenges that arise in the Reliability Laboratory. Responsible for Reliability Programs & Projects, such as but not limited to the following: Reliability Monitor Program (RMP) Full Constructions Analysis (FCA) Capital Equipment projects. Supervises Data Management Support supporting Reliability Programs & Projects. Co-work within Reliability teams, both at AMPI and AML as well with all Allegro personnel at all sites. Statistical knowledge as well as well-developed communication skills to present programs and project updates/reports to Reliability leadership and/or Allegro Core Team (as necessary). Engages in new training to enhance capability in and out of the job function, applies new learning to support the team. Set-up and measure performance based on standards, enforce discipline, define training level requirements, coaching and mentoring, develop and conduct training. Set-up training goals and objectives, plan appropriate training requirements, create training materials, set-up training timeline and execute as plan. Performs task in support of identified Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to meet departmental goals. Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time by superior. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering. With more than 5 years' hands-on experience in semiconductor device reliability qualification. Must be prepared to take ownership, accountability, and decisions, as a part of a fast paced, customer oriented, multitasking development team that is actively growing. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) and with good knowledge of statistical methods / tools like MiniTab, Excel macro coding, etc. Why Allegro?
