You will be responsible for leading the digital, data, and process backbone of Product Safety. This includes stewarding authoring platforms and data models, driving enhancements, ensuring integrity and reporting, and collaborating with authoring/regulatory colleagues to develop scalable and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain stable functionality of core platforms such as Sphera IA, SAP EHS, LISAM/3E/UL WERCS. - Lead all aspects of releases and upgrades, solve system issues, and ensure reliable performance for global users. - Establish, maintain, and implement data integrity rules covering various types of data. - Interpret hazard communication requirements and convert them into functional specifications and workflows. - Build, maintain, and improve standard and custom reports to support compliance monitoring and business decision-making. - Develop training materials, deliver training sessions, and support global users with system use. - Identify optimization opportunities, simplify workflows, champion automation, and collaborate with Digital (IT) and vendors to implement enhancements. Qualifications Required:
Bachelors or equivalent experience in Chemistry/related science or IT/engineering. - 58 years of experience in product stewardship or safety/RegTech platforms. - Familiarity with Sphera IA, SAP EHS, Lisam/UL WERCS and data models. - Understanding of HazCom/GHS/CLP/PCN and related chemical control legislation.
