You have 4-8 years of CRM or email marketing expertise. You possess good communication skills and have the ability to lead CRM initiatives independently. It is mandatory for you to have good knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic. You should be able to develop and build segments within a marketing automation platform. Your expertise lies in driving customer engagement through dynamic email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS on Adobe Campaign Classic. You should have a desire to work across multiple channels and be involved in designing and delivering marketing automation. Knowledge or experience of rolling contract/SaaS/e-commerce business is highly desirable. Experience of working in a multinational/multi-market organization is also highly desirable.
