As an UI/UX Designer at Allerwell, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms using AI-powered design tools. Your key responsibilities will include:
Understanding product requirements, user needs, and business goals to translate them into intuitive design solutions. - Creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs with contemporary design tools and AI-assisted workflows. - Utilizing AI tools to generate design concepts, layout variations, design systems, and rapid prototypes for accelerating the design process. - Conducting user research, usability testing, and implementing data-driven design improvements. - Ensuring consistency in design systems, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines. - Collaborating closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation and design accuracy. - Leveraging AI for design inspiration, UX optimization, accessibility suggestions, and design automation. - Staying updated on AI-driven design trends, emerging UX tools, and modern design practices. Qualifications required for this role include:
2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. - Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile product design. - Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Spline, or similar tools. - Experience using AI-powered design tools. - Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and design systems. - Ability to translate AI-generated ideas into production-ready UI/UX designs. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus. - Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and modern UI patterns. - Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Nice to have qualifications include exposure to design systems or component libraries, familiarity with micro-interactions, motion design, or modern UI patterns, and awareness of AI-assisted UX research or analytics tools.
