You are being hired as a Senior Support Analyst for an urgent contract opportunity to support a pharma manufacturing system using Siemens Opcenter (Opcenter Expharma). Your role will involve L3 production support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations of MES applications in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:**
Provide L3 support for Opcenter Expharma, including debugging application and system issues
Monitor day-to-day production activities and ensure system stability
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and data issues
Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and fix issues (e.g., Work Orders/Task IDs)
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
Participate in daily support calls and track ongoing issues
Suggest improvements to avoid recurring problems
Support configuration, script changes, and master data updates
Conduct user training on system processes and enhancements
**Requirements:**
Hands-on experience with Opcenter Execution Pharma (Expharma)
Strong understanding of MES and manufacturing workflows
Experience with modules like MBR, Equipment, Audit Trail, PI Process
Good SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and data fixes
Experience in L2/L3 production support roles
Understanding of GxP processes
Familiarity with ITIL concepts
Experience in the pharma/manufacturing domain preferred
