Contribution to RFPs and estimations in ERP/CRM Practice

Number of Junior Leads guided and unskilled to lead a technical team

Number of technical sessions conducted within practice for the benefit of peers and team members (Note: The job description does not contain any additional details about the company.) Role Overview: As an ERP/CRM Application Developer, you will independently analyze and develop applications within your assigned area of responsibility. You will design solutions under the supervision of an Architect while also managing a team. Your primary focus will be on designing technical documents, performing code reviews, resolving build and deployment issues, and contributing to ERP/CRM practice-related activities. Key Responsibilities:

Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications and Deployment documentation

Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews, and suggest code improvements

Act as a single point of contact for build and deployment issues, resolving them on time

Learn technology, business/system domain, and contribute to ERP/CRM Practice activities

Select appropriate technical options for development, optimize efficiency, cost, and quality

Implement new features released in relevant technology and optimize application development and performance

Interpret application design, code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages

Validate results with user representatives, integrate and commission the overall solution

Influence and improve customer satisfaction by offering suggestions for code refactoring, improvements in business processes, and completing sprint deliverables ahead of time

Improve employee engagement within project teams, set goals, measure progress, and update accordingly
